You must be enthusiastic and conscientious, with a genuine concern for your pupils' safety beyond the driving test.

We charge a percentage of lesson payments - so the fewer hours you work, the less you pay.
With a pay-as-you-earn system, there is no incentive for us to take on too many instructors, so you can rest assured you will have enough work. We only recruit when the market demands it.
